Lake Stockton Healthcare Facility gives 2025 staff awards

Lake Stockton Healthcare Facility recognized two staff members with its annual employee and leader of the year awards.

Mercy Espino, a certified nursing assistant, was named the facility’s 2025 Lifeguard of the Year. At Lake Stockton Healthcare Facility, the Lifeguard Award recognizes an outstanding employee. Espino began working at the facility in 2010.

“Mercy is known for her warm smile and happy demeanor,” said Chris McBratney, administrator of Lake Stockton Healthcare Facility. “She is a dedicated, hardworking and compassionate caregiver. She is the epitome of caring at Lake Stockton Healthcare Facility.”

Deborah Marshall, business office manager, was named the facility’s 2025 Leader of the Year. She began working at Lake Stockton Healthcare Facility in 2019.

“Deb is always ready to help anyone with anything,” McBratney said. “She is a strong leader, a kind person and a great example of CMH’s values.”
