Visiting hours are available 24/7. All doors into the facility are locked from 9 p.m.-6 a.m. for the safety of the residents and staff.

Rehabilitation Services
Lake Stockton offers rehabilitation services. Speech, physical and occupational therapy are provided by full-time, in-house therapists.
Memory Care Unit
Lake Stockton's memory care unit is a caring place for those with Alzheimer's or other memory issues. Their needs are unique, and our team is here to give personalized support in a warm environment.
Our staff is trained in dementia care, giving residents kind and understanding help with daily tasks and activities. The unit is a safe and cozy home with features that ensure everyone feels secure. Our team is available 24/7, providing continuous support for both residents and their families.
Nutritional Services
The nutritional services staff at Lake Stockton works with a registered dietitian to provide residents with balanced and nutritional meals.

Meet the Leadership
Chris McBratney
Administrator
Responsible for daily operations, assuring excellent services and regulatory compliance. Chris has worked in health care since 1992 and has been a licensed administrator since 1994.
Annette Burns, R.N.
Director of Nursing
Supervises all of your nursing care and manages the nursing staff. Annette has been a Registered Nurse since 2013.
Mallory Heiskell
Director of Social Services
Assists residents and families with admission and discharge and provides resources to meet the resident’s psycho-social needs.
Jenni Weinstein
Activity Director
Provides our residents with opportunities such as exercise, crafts, music, socials, outings, and other community events.
Ryan Keith
Director of Plant Facilities
Maintains the appearance of the facility and makes repairs as needed.
Deb Marshall
Business Office Manager
Manages the Business Office to include oversight of the resident statements and assisting with Medicaid and Medicare.
Stacy Collins
Director of Environmental Services
Manages housekeeping and laundry services.
Lynn Allen
Director of Nutritional Services
Supervises the food preparation and meal services provided to residents, visitors, and staff. Lynn became the Director of Nutritional Services in 2020.
Ammie Taff, LPN
SDC/Infection Prevention Coordinator
Responsible for education, staffing and infection control for residents and staff. Ammie has been an LPN since 2006.
Marsha Swadley, LPN
MDS Coordinator
Responsible for developing a plan of care and assessments for residents, as well as monitoring the quality of care.
Stephanie Wood
Unit Clerk
Assists with medical records as well as ordering supplies and medications.
Linda Holdeman
Facility Secretary
Manages the Resident Trust Fund, postage, mail, and schedules the classrooms for family gatherings. Assists with medical records and ordering supplies and medications.
