Neurologist Dr. Curtis Schreiber presents at international Alzheimer’s conference

Curtis P. Schreiber, M.D., board-certified neurologist and dementia specialist with Missouri Memory Center at Citizens Memorial Hospital in Bolivar, presented on the treatment of Alzheimer’s disease at the 2025 International Conference on Alzheimer's and Parkinson’s Diseases and Related Neurological Disorders in Vienna, Austria. The event was held April 1-5.

Dr. Schreiber, medical director at Missouri Memory Center and CMH Research Department, presented on the use of “Anti-amyloid Therapies in Early Alzheimer’s Disease: Real World Experience.” His presentation highlighted findings and clinical insights from the Missouri Memory Center at CMH.

Following his presentation, Dr. Schreiber participated in a panel discussion with other international experts, focusing on emerging research and innovative approaches that are shaping the future of early diagnosis and treatment for Alzheimer’s disease.

The international conference drew more than 5,500 participants from 76 countries, bringing together global experts in neurology to share breakthroughs and foster collaboration in neurodegenerative disease research.

About Dr. Schreiber

Dr. Schreiber earned his medical degree and completed his neurology residency at Mayo Clinic in Rochester, Minnesota. He is board certified in neurology by the American Board of Psychiatry and Neurology. He has 35 years of experience and started Missouri Memory Center at CMH in 2015. Dr. Schreiber has been the principle investigator for 11 clinical trials in Alzheimer’s disease conducted at the CMH Research Department.
