Noah Ruybal joins Bolivar Family Care Center
Citizens Memorial Hospital and Bolivar Family Care Center welcome Noah M. Ruybal, LCSW, to the medical staff.
Ruybal joins Jessica Locke, PMHNP-BC, at the CMH Behavioral Health Transitional Clinic at Bolivar Family Care Center. He provides short-term behavioral health services for patients awaiting appointments with CMH behavioral health providers.
Ruybal has more than six years of experience in mental health care. He previously worked at Compass Health Network as a mobile crisis response clinician and team lead, mobile crisis response supervisor and substance use therapist.
He earned bachelor’s and master’s degrees in social work from the University of Colorado in Colorado Springs.
The CMH Behavioral Health Transitional Clinic is located within Bolivar Family Care Center at 1240 N. Butterfield Road in Bolivar. The clinic is open Monday through Friday from 8 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. No referral is required to schedule an appointment.
