Dr. Briana Gomez joins CMH OB/GYN Clinic
Citizens Memorial Hospital has welcomed Briana Gomez, M.D., to the CMH medical staff as a physician specializing in obstetrics and gynecology.
Dr. Gomez joins the physicians and advanced practice providers at the CMH OB/GYN Clinic, including Sarah Kallberg, D.O., Ashley Lane, D.O., Shelly Meents, M.D., Staci Rogers, M.D., Kelly Raney, FNP-BC, Shawndee Knight, WHNP-BC, and Anna Aleshire, PA-C.
She earned her medical degree from the University of Kansas Medical Center and her residency in obstetrics and gynecology at the University of Kansas School of Medicine-Wichita. She is a member of the American College of Obstetricians and Gynecologists and is board-eligible through the American Board of Obstetrics and Gynecology.
Dr. Gomez brings five years of experience in women’s health. Before joining CMH, she practiced in the Kansas City and Wichita, Kansas, areas, and most recently in Salinas, California.
Dr. Gomez provides care for women throughout all stages of life, from routine wellness visits to specialized obstetric and gynecologic care. She is trained in robotic-assisted gynecologic surgery, and her practice includes prenatal care, minimally invasive gynecologic surgery, vaginal hysterectomy, hysteroscopy, endometrial ablation, infertility evaluation, tubal ligation and evaluation of abnormal Pap tests.
The CMH OB/GYN Clinic is located at 1195 N. Oakland Ave., Suite 1, in Bolivar. Dr. Gomez is accepting new patients, and the clinic accepts most major insurance plans.
