CMH Heroes for Hospice announces race results

Citizens Memorial Health Care Foundation held its 13th Annual Heroes for Hospice Race presented by SGC Foodservice and associate sponsor Craig Lehman Shelter Insurance on Saturday, May 2. The event included a 1.5 Fun Run/Walk, 5K and 10K.

Proceeds from the race support CMH Hospice and ensure that physical, emotional, spiritual and bereavement care is given to all terminally ill patients and their families.

“Thank you to everyone who took part, along with our sponsors and volunteers who made this event possible,” said Tara Akins, director of community relations and development. “It was so fun to see everyone, young and old, who embraced the wizard theme to have a great time while raising money for a good cause.”
