Angel Seufert, PMHNP-BC, joins CMH clinics in Bolivar and Humansville
Bolivar Family Care Center and Humansville Family Medical Center welcome Angel Seufert, PMHNP-BC, a psychiatric-mental health nurse practitioner, to the Citizens Memorial Hospital medical staff.
Seufert brings more than 10 years of behavioral health nursing experience. She spent nearly nine years with Citizens Memorial Hospital’s Parkview Geriatric Wellness, where she served as a registered nurse, electroconvulsive therapy coordinator and intake coordinator. Most recently, she worked as a clinic nurse at the CMH Neurology and Headache Center.
She earned a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Western Governors University in Salt Lake City, Utah, and a Master of Science in psychiatric-mental health nurse practitioner from Herzing University in Kenosha, Wisconsin. Seufert is certified through the American Nurses Credentialing Center.
Seufert will divide her time between Bolivar Family Care Center and Humansville Family Medical Center, providing outpatient mental health services for patients age 18 and older.
Her services include diagnosing and treating psychiatric conditions, medication management and care for patients with anxiety, bipolar disorder, depression, panic disorders and other mental health concerns.
