CMH welcomes Brandon Barnes, FNP-C
Citizens Memorial Hospital and the CMH Heart Institute Clinic welcome Brandon Barnes, FNP-C, to the medical staff.
He joins an experienced cardiology team at the CMH Heart Institute Clinic in Bolivar, including John F. Best, M.D., FACP, FACC, FSCAI; Dishang Bhavsar, M.D., FACC, FSCAI; David J. Lemons, D.O., FSCAI; Haris Riaz, M.D., FACC, FSCAI; and Jared Martin, FNP-BC. Together, they provide comprehensive care for patients with heart conditions.
Barnes earned a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Southwest Baptist University and a Master of Science in Nursing, family nurse practitioner, from Cox College in Springfield. He is certified by the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners.
Barnes has six years of nursing experience at Mercy and Cox hospitals in Springfield. Most recently, he worked as a cardiothoracic scrub nurse at Cox Medical Center South.
