Lake Stockton Healthcare Facility earns top rating from CMS
Lake Stockton Healthcare Facility has earned a five-star rating, the highest possible, from the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS).
Lake Stockton Healthcare Facility, owned and operated by Citizens Memorial Health Care Foundation in Bolivar, offers skilled nursing, memory care and rehabilitation services.
The CMS Five-Star Quality Rating System helps families compare nursing homes based on health inspections, staffing and quality measures. A five-star rating indicates a facility is “much above average” in overall quality, according to CMS.
“This rating is a testament to the hard work and compassion our team brings to residents every day,” said Chris McBratney, administrator of Lake Stockton Healthcare Facility. “We’re proud to be recognized among the nation’s top facilities.”
McBratney credited the rating to the staff’s commitment to compassionate care and services, thorough documentation, and adherence to CMH’s core values--even during challenging times.
