CMH Foundation to host third annual Sporting Clay Fundraiser

Citizens Memorial Health Care Foundation will host its third annual Sporting Clay Fundraiser on Friday, Sept. 19, at the Ozark Shooters Complex, 759 US HWY 65, in Walnut Shade, between Ozark and Branson.

Presented by SGC Foodservice, the event is open to four-person teams and includes 100 clays with two rounds at 9 a.m. and 1 p.m.

Each team member will receive 100 clays, a grab-and-go breakfast, lunch, snacks and complimentary drinks. Golf carts and guns are available to rent, and 12- or 20-gauge shells are available at Ozark Shooters.

Each round will be scored separately. A trophy will be awarded to the overall best shooter per round and the first-place team in three flights. A maximum of 60 teams will be filled on a first-come, first-served basis.

All proceeds from the tournament will be donated to the CMH Foundation, a philanthropy division dedicated to Citizens Memorial Hospital and the enrichment of communities in the eight-county CMH service area.

The tournament offers a range of sponsorship opportunities at varying levels. 

• Platinum Sponsor $3,000 (three available): Includes two four-person teams, eight event gifts, two golf carts, logo on banner at the main entrance, social media, advertising and program. 
• Gold Sponsor $1,500 (unlimited available): Includes one four-person team, logo on event gifts, logo on banner at the main entrance, social media, advertising and program. 
• Silver Sponsor $1,000 (unlimited available): Includes one four-person team, logo on banner at the main entrance, social media, advertising and program. 
• Lunch Sponsor $2,500 (one available): Includes logo on banner at lunch, social media, advertising and program. Opportunity to meet and greet shooters and to distribute marketing materials and promotional items.
• Drink Sponsor $1,500 (one available): Includes logo on banner by drink coolers, social media, advertising and program. 
• Snack Sponsor $1,000 (one available): Includes logo recognition at snack stands, social media, advertising and program. 
• Bronze Sponsor $700 (unlimited available): Includes one four-person team, four event gifts, logo/team name on station sign, social media, advertising and program.
• Team Only $500 (four shooters): Includes one four-person team.
• Single Shooter $150: Includes one shooter.
• Station Sponsor $250: Includes one sign at station, social media, advertising and program.
