Colonial Springs announces four new managers
Colonial Springs Healthcare Center announces four new managers joining its leadership team. Christy Kowiti is the director of nursing, Amber Howe is the activities director, Paula Clemmons is the director of nutritional services and Brandy Johnson is the director of environmental services.
Kowiti has 24 years of experience in nursing and became a registered nurse after starting as a certified nurse assistant. “I have worked every shift in all my nursing positions, but reached my full calling as a leader when I accepted my first director of nursing position,” Kowiti said.
Howe previously worked at Colonial Springs for six years as an activities assistant and has experience in dietary and environmental services and as a CNA. She is also a licensed cosmetologist.
Clemmons brings 26 years of dietary experience to her role as the director of nutritional services.
Johnson has worked at Colonial Springs since 2013 in environmental services and has experience as a CNA. She oversees a team that keeps the facility clean and comfortable for residents.
"I am very pleased to welcome all the new team members who have taken leadership roles here," said Roy Pace, Colonial Springs Healthcare Center administrator. "They bring over 60 years of combined experience. I am proud to work with these dedicated individuals who share the same goal: to improve the lives of our residents every day. I look forward to a successful 2025 with these leaders guiding their departments."
