Marcella Peck named CMHCF administrator
Citizens Memorial Health Care Foundation has welcomed Marcella Peck, BSW, LNHA, as administrator of Citizens Memorial Healthcare Facility (CMHCF), a long-term care facility in Bolivar.
Peck has more than 25 years of experience in long-term care leadership, regulatory compliance and resident-centered care.
She earned a Bachelor of Social Work from Missouri State University and is a licensed nursing home administrator and an advanced care planning facilitator. Her experience includes leadership roles in long-term care and service as a facility surveyor and team leader with the Missouri Department of Health and Senior Services, where she evaluated nursing homes for compliance with state and federal quality standards.
She succeeds Cindy Cain, LNHA, who transitioned to a clinical role at CMH after serving three years as administrator.
"Marcella brings extensive experience in long-term care and a strong understanding of quality and regulatory standards," said Tim Francka, administrative director of long-term care for Citizens Memorial Health Care Foundation. "Her experience as both a nursing home administrator and a state surveyor gives her a unique perspective, and I know she'll be a great addition to our long-term care team."
CMHCF is a 111-bed long-term care facility that provides transitional and long-term skilled nursing care. It is located at 1218 W. Locust St. in Bolivar.
