Citizens Memorial Hospital and Citizens Memorial Health Care Foundation announce the appointment of Jenna Hicks, MBA, BSN, RN, and Donna Shelby to new leadership positions.

Hicks has been named the director of quality and population health. She has worked in health care for 16 years and joined CMH in 2013. In her new role, she leads the organization’s quality improvement efforts and oversees infection prevention, performance improvement, regulatory compliance, and employee health services. Hicks also continues to lead population health initiatives and supports hospital and clinic social services and acute and transitional care management.

Shelby has been named the director of medical staff services and physician recruitment. She has worked in health care for 37 years and joined CMH in 2004. Shelby has held positions in clinical operations and information services. She served as director of clinic operations and the director of rural health clinic operations before serving as the director of physician recruitment since 2012.

In her new role, Shelby oversees medical staff and credentialing services and continues to lead physician recruitment and medical staff onboarding initiatives.
