Community Springs Healthcare Facility names new leadership team
Community Springs Healthcare Facility announces the appointment of Vautrin Cadle as the new administrator. Cadle, a licensed nursing home administrator (LNHA), has been serving as the administrator-in-training since November 2023 He replaces longtime administrator Chris Vickers, who retired in January.
Joining Cadle on the leadership team is Rachel O’Dell, RN, as the new director of nursing.
Cadle brings 15 years of healthcare experience in social services, having worked at Parkview Health Care Facility in Bolivar, and Springfield Villa Skilled Nursing Facility and The Arc of the Ozarks in Springfield. He holds a Bachelor of Science in psychology from Missouri State University, Springfield. Cadle earned his nursing home administrator’s license through the Missouri Department of Health and Senior Services.
O’Dell earned her Associate of Science in Nursing from Southwest Baptist University. She has been with Community Springs since September 2022 and has served as a charge nurse since December 2022. Before joining Community Springs, O’Dell worked as a memory care nurse at Buffalo Prairie Care Center in Buffalo, Missouri.
Community Springs is a 105-bed skilled nursing center, including a 15-bed high-functioning memory care unit. The facility offers inpatient and outpatient rehabilitation services and operates nearby independent living apartments. Community Springs is owned and operated by Citizens Memorial Health Care Foundation in Bolivar.
