Nicholas Locke, FNP-C, joins Dallas County Family Medical Center & Walk-In Clinic

Dallas County Family Medical Center and Walk-In Clinic welcomes Nicholas Locke, FNP-C, to the medical staff.

With over 14 years of nursing experience, Locke previously worked at Citizens Memorial Hospital in the medical-surgical unit and emergency services department. Most recently, he served as a family nurse practitioner at Select Specialty Hospital in Springfield.

A graduate of Cox College in Springfield, Locke holds both a bachelor’s degree in nursing and a master’s degree in family nurse practitioner. He is certified by the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners.

Locke joins the clinic’s medical team, including Kurt Bravata, M.D., Kristina S. Kaufmann, D.O., Taylor Pedersen, D.O., Kaylee Ankrom, FNP-C, Gina Dill, FNP-C, R. David Hunziger, FNP-BC, Linzi Smith, FNP-C and Cassie Viets, FNP-C.

In his role, Locke will provide care to patients at the walk-in clinic, addressing acute conditions such as illness, injury, allergies, colds, coughs, flu, minor burns, fractures, sprains, strains, minor lacerations, and other medical concerns that require immediate attention.
