Community Springs Healthcare Facility is next door for rehab services and daily activities. El Dorado Springs Medical Center also is nearby for routine medical care by primary care physicians.

Choose from a one-bedroom, one-bathroom or two-bedroom, two-bathroom floor plan. Each apartment includes a covered patio and a one-car garage.

Rental Agreement

Independent living apartments are rented on a 12-month lease with a 30-day termination clause. Pets and smoking are not allowed. Individuals with impairment may have a pet that is used for disability purposes.
