Harley Domby, PMHNP-BC, expands practice to Ash Grove and Greenfield
Harley Domby, PMHNP-BC, is expanding her behavioral health practice to Ash Grove Family Medical Center in Ash Grove and Dade County Family Medical Center in Greenfield.
Domby, a certified psychiatric-mental health nurse practitioner, also sees patients at Bolivar Family Care Center in Bolivar and Willard Medical Center in Willard.
She provides outpatient mental health services for adults 18 and older. Her services include diagnosing and treating psychiatric disorders, medication management and care for individuals experiencing anxiety, bipolar disorder, depression, panic disorder and other mental health concerns.
Domby brings more than five years of behavioral health nursing experience. She previously served as a behavioral health nurse at South City Hospital in St. Louis and as an admissions nursing manager at CenterPointe Hospital of Columbia, where she cared for acute inpatient psychiatric patients.
She earned a Bachelor of Science in nursing from Missouri State University in Springfield and a Master of Science in psychiatric-mental health nurse practitioner from Cox College in Springfield. Domby is certified by the American Nurses Credentialing Center.
