Polly Floyd receives the September 2024 CMH TULIP Award

Polly Floyd, a radiologic technologist at the El Dorado Springs Medical Center, has been named the September 2024 CMH TULIP Award winner.

She was nominated for the TULIP Award by a patient.

“Polly Floyd is absolutely the finest ‘vampire’ I’ve ever met. I often ask her if she’s done the blood draw. Her normal reply is to say ‘all done!’ This is without me feeling any ‘stick’ of a needle. Polly is also quite professional. She consistently inquires how I am and asks about my family. Polly is also very good at explaining what she is doing.

“She isn't a doctor or a nurse, but one of those unsung professionals that goes about her job so well that most don't realize all she does. She is also active in her community of El Dorado Springs. She is a member of community organizations and is active in our schools. Polly deserves a big thank you for how she conducts herself and how she represents CMH on-site and in the community.”
