Debbie Elkins receives the July 2024 CMH TULIP Award
Debbie Elkins received the July 2024 CMH TULIP Award. She is a polysomnographic technician at the Missouri Sleep Institute at Citizens Memorial Hospital.
She was nominated for the TULIP Award by a patient’s family member.
“My daughter had to have a sleep study on the evening of her 16th birthday. When my daughter arrived, Debbie had decorated the room with sweet sixteen signs. She also gave my daughter a card. Debbie was kind and considerate. She really put my daughter at ease.”
