Living options include studio, one-bedroom and two-bedroom apartments. Each apartment is tastefully decorated and designed for functional, convenient use. Units include one to two bedrooms with private bath, living room and kitchenette. Basic furnishings are provided upon request at no additional charge. You may bring your personal furnishings and accessories from home. Call lights are included in each room for immediate assistance.

Services Provided
Rehabilitation Services
BRCC offers rehabilitation services. Speech, physical and occupational therapy can be provided by visiting therapists, as ordered by your physician.
Nutritional Services
The BRCC nutritional services staff works with a registered dietitian to provide three balanced and nutritional meals per day.
Activities
The activities staff provides opportunities for residents to be involved in daily activities, including:

Residents actively engage in the Bolivar and CMH communities through service projects and intergenerational programs.

Meet the Leadership

Ash Carrel
Administrator
Ash has a bachelor’s degree in gerontology and a master's degree in business administration. She oversees the facility’s daily operations and ensures staff delivers excellent services to residents and their families.

Ashley Goulardt, LPN
Director of Nursing
Ashley has been a Licensed Practical Nurse since 2017. As the Director of Nursing, she supervises all nursing care and nursing staff. Ashley ensures residents are provided with excellent care every day.

Stacy Black
Activity Director
Stacy is the Director of Activities. She provides residents with daily activity opportunities and ensures they receive excellent services. She has a bachelor’s degree in interior design.

Penny Wilson
Director of Nutritional Services
Penny is a Certified Dietary Manager and Certified Food Protection Professional. She supervises the food preparation and meal services provided to residents, visitors, and staff. She provides excellent customer service to all our residents and their families.

David Phillips
Director of Plant Facilities
David provides preventative maintenance, appearance and mechanical operations of the facility and makes repairs as needed. David has more than 25 years of HVAC and mechanical experience.

Rhonda Armstrong
Director of Environmental Services
Our goal is to provide a safe clean home for our residents. Rhonda has extensive experience in long-term and residential care settings. She promises to go above and beyond to make someone’s day a little better.

Lora Altic, LPN
Lora has been a Licensed Practical Nurse since 1993. She provides nursing support and medication assistance and advocates for and assesses residents as needed.

Michelle Jenkins, LPN
Charge Nurse
Michelle has been a Licensed Practical Nurse since 2001. She provides nursing support and medication assistance and advocates for and assesses residents as needed.

Stacey Marshall, R.N.
Charge Nurse
Stacey has been a Registered Nurse since 2009. She provides nursing support and medication assistance and advocates for and assesses residents as needed.

Stacy Spalding, R.N.
Night Charge Nurse
Stacy has been a Registered Nurse since 1996. She provides nursing support and medication assistance and advocates for and assesses residents as needed.
