CMH Foundation to host fourth annual Sporting Clay Fundraiser
Citizens Memorial Health Care Foundation will host its fourth annual Sporting Clay Fundraiser on Friday, Oct. 23, at the Ozark Shooters Complex, 759 US HWY 65, in Walnut Shade, between Ozark and Branson.
Presented by SGC Foodservice, the event is open to four-person teams and individual shooters, and includes 100 clays with two rounds at 9 a.m. or 1 p.m.
Each team member will shoot 100 clays and receive a grab-and-go breakfast, lunch, snacks and complimentary drinks. Each shooter will also receive a long-sleeved T-shirt and camouflage cap. Golf carts and guns are available to rent, and 12- or 20-gauge shells are available for purchase at Ozark Shooters.
Each round will be scored separately, and a trophy will be awarded to the overall best shooter per round. Trophies will also be awarded to the teams that place first, second and third in three flights per round. A maximum of 60 teams will be filled on a first-come, first-served basis.
Proceeds from the tournament will support the CMH Foundation, helping fund programs, services, healthcare scholarships and resources that enhance health care throughout the eight-county CMH service area.
The tournament offers a variety of sponsorship opportunities:
- Platinum Sponsor — $3,000 (three available): Includes two four-person teams, two golf carts, prominent logo recognition on event signage, two station sponsorship signs, social media and advertising.
- Lunch Sponsor — $2,500 (one available): Includes one four-person team, one golf cart, exclusive lunch recognition, social media and advertising.
- Drink Sponsor — $1,500 (one available): Includes one four-person team, exclusive drink sponsor recognition near drink coolers, social media and advertising.
- Gold Sponsor — $1,500: Includes two four-person teams, two station sponsorship signs, logo recognition on event signage, social media and advertising.
- Snack Sponsor — $1,200 (one available): Includes one four-person team, logo recognition at snack stands, social media and advertising.
- Silver Sponsor — $1,000: Includes one four-person team, one station sponsorship sign, social media and advertising.
- Bronze Sponsor — $800: Includes one four-person team and one station sponsorship.
- 2 Teams Only — $1,000: Includes two four-person teams.
- Team Only — $500: Includes one four-person team.
- Station Sponsor — $250: Includes one station sign and social media.
- Single Shooter — $150: Includes registration for one shooter.
