CMH Foundation Soirée set for Sept. 26
The Citizens Memorial Health Care Foundation will host its third annual Soirée, presented by SGC Foodservice, Saturday, Sept. 26, at the John and Maria Kallenbach Estate east of Bolivar.
The Soirée is the CMH Foundation’s premier annual fundraising event. Proceeds from this year’s event will benefit the CMH Dialysis Center and CMH Nephrology Clinic Patient Assistance Fund, helping patients with expenses related to dialysis treatment.
Guests will enjoy an outdoor reception and chef-prepared dinner, along with mocktails, live entertainment and silent and live auctions. The evening will feature music by the Wings of Swing Big Band and a special performance by Rick Schuler, a nationally recognized John Denver tribute artist.
Party or formal attire is requested.
“Dialysis is an ongoing treatment, and that can create additional expenses for patients and their families,” said Michael Calhoun, CEO/executive director of Citizens Memorial Hospital and the Citizens Memorial Health Care Foundation. “The Soirée gives our community an opportunity to help ease some of that burden. The patient assistance fund helps with needs that might otherwise become barriers to receiving care.”
The CMH Dialysis Center and CMH Nephrology Clinic Patient Assistance Fund provides financial assistance for needs such as transportation, nutritional supplements and expenses associated with treatment.
Individual tickets for the Soirée are $250. Sponsorship levels include Platinum at $5,000, Gold at $2,500, Silver at $1,250 and Bronze at $500. SGC Foodservice is the presenting sponsor. Sponsorship commitments and payment are due Sept. 4.
