Tim Francka named chief operating officer of Citizens Memorial Hospital

Citizens Memorial Hospital (CMH) has named Tim Francka as its new chief operating officer effective Dec. 1, 2026. Francka has served CMH for 37 years and most recently served as administrative director of long-term care for Citizens Memorial Health Care Foundation.

“Tim’s 37 years of dedicated service to CMH, his deep commitment to our mission and the communities we serve, and the strong results he has achieved through his leadership of our long-term care division were significant factors in my decision,” said Michael Calhoun, CEO and executive director of CMH and CMH Foundation. “Having worked closely with Tim over the past several years, I have seen firsthand his outstanding work ethic and servant leadership approach. I am confident he will be a valuable addition to our executive leadership team and play an important role in CMH’s continued success.”
