CMH Willard Rehabilitation CMH offers care for patients with pre- and post-surgical procedures, sports injuries, orthopedics, low back pain, chronic pain and general rehabilitation on an outpatient basis. Physical therapy services include treating those who have become weak or disabled due to illness, injury, pain, or loss of coordination, strength, motion or function.
