Use the form below to sign up for the Miscarriage and Infant Loss Support Group at the CMH OB/GYN Clinic.

• Meets every Thursday from 6-7 p.m. for six weeks in the lobby of the CMH OB/GYN Clinic.
• Classes are free for individuals who have experienced a miscarriage or infant loss in the past three years.
• Registration is required, and space is limited to adults only. Childcare is NOT available.
• The deadline to register is Wednesday, Feb. 12, 2025.
