CMH names Diane Irby, Jessika Ricci to director roles

Citizens Memorial Hospital and Citizens Memorial Health Care Foundation have named Diane Irby and Jessika Ricci to director roles.

Irby is the director of specialty clinics, overseeing CMH’s specialty physician clinics.

She has more than 30 years of health care experience in primary and specialty clinic operations. Before joining CMH, Irby worked at CoxHealth in Springfield for 11 years. Most recently, she served nearly four years as director of the procedural service line.

Irby earned a bachelor’s degree in business from Evangel University in Springfield and is pursuing a master's degree in health administration at Drury University in Springfield. She succeeds Vickie Vickers, who retired from CMH on July 1 after more than 36 years of service.

Ricci serves in the newly created role of director of workforce for CMH and Citizens Memorial Health Care Foundation.

Ricci brings more than 15 years of human resources experience to CMH. Before joining the organization, she worked at CoxHealth in Springfield for 10 years, including the last six as a human resources manager. She earned a Master of Business Administration from Missouri State University in Springfield.

In her role, Ricci provides strategic leadership for the Human Resources Department while guiding workforce planning initiatives that support CMH's long-term staffing needs. She partners with leaders across the organization to strengthen recruitment, workforce development and employee engagement while building community partnerships that support long-term workforce needs.
