Jaime Renfro, DNP, FNP-C, MPH, joins El Dorado Springs Medical Center and Walk-In Clinic
El Dorado Springs Medical Center and Walk-In Clinic welcomes Jaime Renfro, DNP, FNP-C, MPH, to its medical staff.
Renfro brings more than 22 years of nursing experience to the clinic. She previously served as the emergency room director and ICU director at Citizens Memorial Hospital and most recently worked as an urgent care nurse practitioner at CoxHealth in Springfield.
She earned a master’s degree in family nurse practitioner and a Doctor of Nursing Practice degree from Maryville University in St. Louis. She also holds a dual Master of Business Administration and Master of Public Health from Benedictine University in Lisle, Illinois. Renfro is certified by the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners.
Renfro joins the clinic’s medical team, which includes Bethany Dhondt, D.O.; Sherri Eador, FNP-C; Glenn Gardner, PA-C; Kaisha Hooper, FNP-C; and Shelly Sorden, FNP-C. As a family nurse practitioner, she will provide care for patients with acute illness or injury, wellness visits, allergies, colds, coughs, influenza, minor burns, fractures, sprains, strains and minor lacerations.
