Mandi Brantley, PT, receives CMH Troy Pinon Servant Leader Award
Mandi Brantley, PT, is the 2025 recipient of the Troy Pinon Servant Leader Award. She is a physical therapist at Stockton Rehabilitation Clinic in Stockton.
The award was established in 2023 to honor the late Troy Pinon, who served as a lead physical therapist at Hermitage Rehabilitation Clinic for 25 years. It is presented annually to an employee from CMH Rehabilitation Services who demonstrates servant leadership through purpose, dedication, excellence and integrity, and who serves their community.
“Mandi has a true passion to see patients reach their full potential,” said Ellis Hall, director of rehabilitation services. “She works closely with the team at Stockton Rehabilitation Clinic to be a resource and collaborate effectively to deliver care.”
Brantley has worked at CMH for 15 years, first working in Nutritional Services and then as a certified athletic trainer before becoming a physical therapist. Her accomplishments include:
- Helping build CMH’s relationship with Stockton Schools to provide athletic training services.
 - Developing and launching the Cardiac Wellness program at Stockton Rehabilitation Clinic.
 - Serving as Center Coordinator of Clinical Education for physical therapy students, helping train the next generation of therapists.

She also supports co-workers and patients behind the scenes, coordinating community fundraisers, helping patients access equipment and resources, and training new employees in Meditech and documentation processes.
“Mandi mentors others and sees potential where others may have given up,” Hall said. “She helps employees grow to meet CMH standards.”
Brantley also coaches youth sports, volunteers on CMH committees and was recognized as a Health Care Champion by the Springfield Business Journal in 2024.
