You may be eligible for help if you are the parent or guardian of a child under age 18 and you:
- Live in Missouri
- Do not own resources worth more than $1,000 (except your home and one vehicle)
- Do not make more than the current income limit
- Have (or agree to apply for) a Social Security Number for all members of your household
- Answer questions about illegal drug use and agree to take a drug test if required
You also may qualify if the child is in high school and expected to graduate before age 19.
