Forty-two teams compete in CMH Sporting Clay Fundraiser

Sponsors donated more than $40,000 to the Citizens Memorial Health Care Foundation

Forty-two teams gathered for the 2nd Annual Citizens Memorial Health Care Foundation Sporting Clay Fundraiser, presented by SGC Foodservice. The tournament was held Sept. 20 at Ozark Shooters Sports Complex in Walnut Shade.

Teams of four competed to raise money for the Foundation, which helps to provide lifesaving care and services to Citizens Memorial patients and residents.

The tournament featured two rounds at 9 a.m. and 1 p.m. Players enjoyed complimentary breakfast, lunch, and snacks. Ozarks Coca-Cola/Dr Pepper Bottling Company donated the beverages.

At the end of each round, teams were placed into one of three flights. The top teams in each flight went home with trophies handcrafted by Willard High School FFA and sponsored by Craig Lehman Shelter Insurance.
