Making Memories Teen Volunteer Program

The Making Memories Teen Volunteer Program is offered to teens ages 14-17 who seek to enrich their lives and gain essential job skills through volunteering. Making Memories will give teens exposure to careers in the health care field and the daily operation of a growing nursing facility.

The program is offered at Colonial Springs Healthcare Center in Buffalo, Missouri. Applicants can choose from three sessions: Spring (January-May), Summer (June-August) and Fall (September-December).

Volunteers will be supervised by staff trained in health care fields, including nursing, activities, dietary, office management and therapy services.

Each volunteer is required to take a  two-day orientation program before beginning their duties.
