Stephens Pharmacy: Test to Treat Services

Stephens Pharmacy at CMH is now offering one-stop Test to Treat Services for patients with COVID-19 symptoms.

Patients may bring their positive COVID-19 test result or request a test in the drive-thru window. A CMH Pharmacist will review medical records and provide a Paxlovid prescription to qualified patients.

Patients must be within five days of symptom onset and have a medical condition that puts them at high risk for complications to receive therapy. Patients who are outside the treatment window or cannot take Paxlovid due to drug interactions, allergies or poor renal function will be referred back to their primary care physician.
