Licensed clinical psychologist Jennifer Deines joins CMH medical staff

Citizens Memorial Hospital announces the appointment of licensed clinical psychologist, Jennifer Deines, Psy.D, to the CMH medical staff.

Dr. Deines will see patients at Southside Medical Center–Behavioral Health in Bolivar and Pleasant Hope Family Medical Center in Pleasant Hope.

Dr. Deines earned bachelor’s degrees in communication studies and business administration from the University of Montana, Missoula. She graduated from The Chicago School of Professional Psychology earning both a Master of Arts and a Doctor of Psychology in clinical psychology.

She previously worked as a staff psychologist at Community Health Center of Southeast Kansas in Iola, Kansas, and Compass Health Network in Warrensburg, Missouri. Dr. Deines is certified in play therapy and previously certified in Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT). She also has advanced training and experience working with trauma survivors.

Dr. Deines specializes in the psychological evaluation and therapy services for adolescents and adults and is accepting new patients ages 12 years and older.
