Parkview Health Care Facility achieves deficiency-free state inspection
Parkview Health Care Facility, a Citizens Memorial Health Care Foundation long-term care facility in Bolivar, recently completed its annual state inspection by the Missouri Department of Health and Senior Services (DHSS) and was found to be deficiency-free.
“We are incredibly proud of our entire team for achieving a deficiency-free survey,” said Ryan Skopec, Parkview Health Care Facility administrator. “This accomplishment reflects the dedication, teamwork and unwavering commitment our staff demonstrates every day in providing safe, high-quality care for our residents. It is a testament to our employees’ hard work and compassion and the culture of excellence we strive to maintain at Parkview.”
DHSS conducts unannounced inspections of long-term care facilities to evaluate compliance with federal and state regulations. The inspection process includes observations, interviews and reviews of records and documentation. Inspectors may cite deficiencies when a facility does not meet regulatory requirements.
“This accomplishment reflects exceptional teamwork and an unwavering commitment to resident safety, dignity and quality of care,” said Tim Francka, administrative director of long-term care at CMH. “A deficiency‑free survey affirms that the Parkview team is operating at a level that consistently meets or exceeds federal and state expectations.”
