Kacey Pearman receives the June 2026 CMH TULIP Award

Kacey Pearman, a social worker for the Transformation of Rural Community Health (ToRCH) program at Citizens Memorial Hospital, received the June 2026 CMH TULIP Award.

Pearman’s supervisor nominated her for compassion, dedication and the exceptional care she provides to clients through the ToRCH program.

According to the nomination, Pearman has worked closely with two ToRCH clients for several months, dedicating significant time to coordinating services and helping ensure they receive the support they need. When Pearman’s supervisor recently met the clients, they expressed their gratitude for Pearman’s kindness and dedication and shared that they did not know what they would have done without her assistance.

The nomination described Pearman as someone who “wears her heart on her sleeve” and consistently goes above and beyond to help her clients.

“Kacey never judges, just fixes,” her supervisor wrote. “She is more than deserving of this award for going the extra mile with a giving heart.”

Citizens Memorial Hospital and Citizens Memorial Health Care Foundation created the TULIP Award in June 2021 to recognize outstanding caregivers who assist in direct patient care.

TULIP stands for Thoughtful, Unforgettable, Lasting Impact on Patient Care. One honoree is selected each month.
