Vickie Pence, PA-C, joins Citizens Memorial Hospital Emergency Department
Vickie Pence, PA-C, has joined the medical staff at Citizens Memorial Hospital and is seeing patients in the Emergency Department.
Pence has 28 years of experience as a physician assistant. She earned a Master of Science in physician assistant studies from Kirksville College of Osteopathic Medicine in Kirksville, Missouri. She is certified by the National Commission on Certification of Physician Assistants.
She holds specialty certificates in pelvic floor electromyography, wound care and hyperbaric medicine. Her clinical experience includes emergency medicine, hospitalist care, orthopedics, interventional pain management, wound care, and workers’ compensation care.
Physician assistants are licensed medical professionals who work with physicians to diagnose and treat illnesses, perform procedures and provide patient care.
The Citizens Memorial Hospital Emergency Department provides 24-hour care for patients experiencing medical emergencies, including serious illness, injury and life-threatening conditions.
