CMH welcomes Jared Martin, FNP-BC
Citizens Memorial Hospital and the CMH Heart Institute Clinic welcome Jared Martin, FNP-BC, to the medical staff.
He joins a team of experienced cardiologists at the CMH Heart Institute Clinic in Bolivar, including John F. Best, M.D., FACP, FACC, FSCAI; Dishang Bhavsar, M.D., FACC, FSCAI; David J. Lemons, D.O., FSCAI; and Haris Riaz, M.D., FACC, FSCAI. Together, they provide comprehensive care for patients with heart conditions.
He earned a bachelor’s degree in nursing from Idaho State University in Pocatello and a master’s degree in family nurse practitioner from the University of Cincinnati in Ohio. Martin is certified by the American Nurses Credentialing Center.
Martin brings 12 years of experience in nursing and eight years as a family nurse practitioner across Idaho and Alaska. Most recently, Martin worked at Mat-Su Heart in Palmer, Alaska, caring for adult cardiovascular patients. Martin is a military veteran and served more than 21 years in the Idaho National Guard with two deployments to Iraq before retiring in 2017.
