Scott Dennis, PA-C, shifts focus to BFCC walk-in care
Citizens Memorial Hospital (CMH) and Bolivar Family Care Center (BFCC) announce that Mandy D’Agostino, FNP-C, has transitioned from providing walk-in care to a family practice provider role. In addition, Scott Dennis, PA-C, has transitioned from family practice to focus on walk-in care.
D’Agostino has more than 14 years of experience as a family nurse practitioner. She received her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Rockhurst University/Research College of Nursing in Kansas City, and her Master of Science in Nursing (family nurse practitioner) from the University of Missouri-Kansas City. She is certified by the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners.
For the past nine years, D’Agostino has provided patient care at CMH Walk-In Clinic and BFCC. In her new role, she provides comprehensive family care, chronic disease management and minor office procedures at BFCC. D’Agostino is accepting new patients.
Dennis provides walk-in-only care at BFCC during walk-in hours, Monday through Friday, 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. He continues to see his established patients while also seeing walk-in patients.
