CMH upgrades Patient Portal experience
Citizens Memorial Hospital has upgraded its Patient Portal with a new design and improved features. The changes, launched Jan. 14, apply to both the website and mobile app. The URL, app and login information remain the same.
The updated Patient Portal serves patients of CMH and its partners Ellett Memorial Hospital and Ozarks Community Health Center. The redesign includes easier navigation, allowing users to switch between menu options more quickly. Patients can also view all upcoming appointments in a calendar format. The responsive design makes the portal more accessible to all users.
Current Stay Dashboard
The most significant improvement is the addition of the current stay dashboard. This feature is available to hospital inpatients and residents of CMH residential care and skilled nursing facilities. It provides access to key information about the patient’s care, including:
- Care team members, daily agenda and goals
- Test results and reports
- Educational materials
- Discharge instructions and medication summaries
- Surgical updates and post-stay instructions
The dashboard helps patients and families prepare for discharge by reviewing important details and asking questions in advance.
Proxy Access
Patients can allow family members or advocates to view and contribute to their health records by setting up proxy access. This can be done through the user’s Profile section while logged in to the Patient Portal or by downloading a form and sending it to CMH’s Health Information Services department.
