Ash Grove Family Medical Center and Humansville Family Medical Center welcome Brooke Tabor, PMHNP-BC, to medical staff
Ash Grove Family Medical Center and Humansville Family Medical Center announce the addition of Brooke Tabor, PMHNP-BC, a certified psychiatric-mental health nurse practitioner, to the medical staff.
The Ash Grove and Humansville clinics are family medicine clinics of Citizens Memorial Hospital.
Tabor holds a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from the University of Central Missouri in Warrensburg and a Master of Science in psychiatric-mental health nurse practitioner from Cox College in Springfield. She is certified through the American Nurses Credentialing Center.
Tabor provides mental health services at Ash Grove Family Medical Center, Humansville Family Medical Center and CMH’s long-term care facilities. Her areas of expertise include anxiety, bipolar disorder, depression, panic disorder, post-traumatic stress disorder, stress management, psychological evaluations, medication management and psychiatric-mental health education.
