Cardio-Pulmonary Rehab

Our rehabilitation facility is located within Citizens Memorial Hospital, and easily accessible from the outside.  We house a large variety of high quality recumbent trainers, treadmills, rowing machines, weight stations, and stationary hand cycles.  Additionally, the facility has its own indoor walking track.

Our goal at CMH Cardio-Pulmonary Rehabilitation is to help you improve your health, reduce the risk of future cardiovascular disease and live your life more FULLY!  We do this by ensuring patient care excellence through our devotion to a high quality program and our friendly and compassionate healthcare team. 

CMH Cardio-Pulmonary Rehabilitation is nationally certified by the American Association of Cardiovascular and Pulmonary Rehabilitation.  Our participants enjoy individualized treatment plans, exercise prescriptions, education classes, and counseling sessions in an environment that makes healthy living FUN!
